Question 1

What is a travel eSIM?

Accepted Answer

A digital SIM profile you install on your phone. It gives you mobile data abroad without swapping your physical SIM or paying carrier roaming rates.

Question 2

Does my Kenyan number keep working?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your physical SIM stays in the phone. You can keep receiving calls and SMS on it while using the eSIM for data — just keep roaming off for the Kenyan line unless you want to pay for it.

Question 3

Can I pay with M-Pesa?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An STK push is sent to the payer's Safaricom number. Visa and Mastercard are also supported for card payers and international payers.

Question 4

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed. Your QR code, manual activation codes and installation guide arrive by email and WhatsApp along with a secure activation page.

Question 5

When does validity start?

Accepted Answer

Each plan states its rule: at activation, at first data use, or at purchase. It is shown on every plan card and repeated at checkout.

Question 6

What does unlimited mean?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited plans have a fair-usage policy: a daily full-speed allowance, then reduced speed for the rest of the day. The exact numbers are shown before you pay.

Question 7

Can I top up?

Accepted Answer

On plans marked top-up capable, yes — from your account, without reinstalling the profile. Plans that cannot be topped up are labelled as such.

Question 8

What if my device turns out to be incompatible?

Accepted Answer

If the profile has not been installed or used, contact support and we will review the order against our refund policy. This is why we ask you to check compatibility before paying.
