How it works
A travel eSIM is a digital SIM profile. Nothing to collect, nothing to post — it installs on your existing phone.
1. Choose your plan
Search your destination, travel dates, traveller count and expected usage. We show Best Value, Recommended and Heavy Use options with validity rules and fair-usage terms in plain language.
2. Check your device
Confirm your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Your acknowledgement is stored with the quote so support can see exactly what was agreed.
3. Pay with M-Pesa or card
An M-Pesa STK push arrives on the payer's number, or pay by Visa or Mastercard. A parent, employer or agency can pay for another traveller.
4. Receive your eSIM
Your QR code, manual activation code and installation guide are delivered instantly to email and WhatsApp, plus your secure activation page.
5. Install before you fly
Install the profile while on Wi-Fi in Kenya. Keep data roaming off until you land, then switch it on for the travel line only.
6. Track usage and top up
Watch remaining data and validity in your account, buy a top-up if your plan supports it, and reach support on WhatsApp if anything goes wrong.
